How do I change my password?

Users can follow the steps below to change their password.

  1. Navigate to Transect | Real-time Environmental Due Diligence
  2. Enter your email address on the Reset Password page and select Reset Password.
  3. An email will be sent to the inputted email address, where you can click the secure link in your inbox to open the page.
  4. Enter your new password in the Reset Password form with the following requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 characters.
  • Contains at least one lowercase character
  • Contains at least one number
  1. Once finished, log into Transect at https://app.transect.com with your new password.
